# Kaarel Beljaev defended his BSc thesis on diffusion in fixed cardiomyocytes

Congratulations to Kaarel Beljaev on defending his bachelor's thesis, *Diffusion in fixed cardiomyocytes*.

Supervised by Martin Laasmaa and Hamed Karimi, Kaarel's work investigated diffusion and diffusion restrictions in fixed cardiomyocytes using raster image correlation spectroscopy.
